Delivery & Returns

Flock operates as a platform working with a mix of independent brands and with these partners we work on a drop shipping basis, meaning our artists and designers deliver directly from themselves to you. 

We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise in perfect ad saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging, and be accompanied by the original sales invoice.

* We do not accept returns on any of our earrings due to hygiene reasons.

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Flock is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Most deliveries will arrive within 3 working days. Orders made on a Friday should arrive by Tuesday. However, some items are being made just for you so may require additional time and will be stated if so in the product description.
